Leadership
When we say Boss vs. Leader, we don't mean what you might think. The definitions of boss is a person in charge of a worker or organization. And there may be a person who is this boss and a leader. But the word Boss for us means someone who rises up to power and abuses it. They command everyone but themselves. A leader is someone who will rise up to power but they command from everyone and themselves.
A boss is quite different. A boss and a leader might make it to their same goal but their methods are drastically different. A boss will shove their way up the ladder. A leader will be kind and get others with them up the ladder. No enjoys a boss's company. This is why it is good to be a leader because if you are a leader then it is good for everyone and yourself.
