Be passionate about what you do. If you are not enthusiastic, neither will the people you are leading.

Be clear about what you expect. If people do not know your expectations, they cannot fulfill them.

Do not change instructions suddenly for no obvious reason. If there is a reason, tell your team, or they will get frustrated.
