Everyone is a leader. On March 1st 2014, there was a Civic Leadership Conference at the New Jersey State House in Trenton. Hopefully all the attendees learned from this wonderful experience; we have no doubt that they did. But is there more to learn? The answer is yes! We created this website not only to introduce more leadership skills but to also advanced leadership skills that we did not get to brush on.

 

 

Before you go exploring through this website and unleashing the leader that you have inside, ask yourself this question: what is a leader? Leader-the person who leads or commands a group, organization, or country. But there is more meaning than just that. A leader is someone who will rise when circumstances are rough and help others. Are you a leader already? If the answer is yes then keep reading. If the answer is no keep reading. Because whether we are leaders or not we can always improve.
